PORTARIA SEPRT Nº 9.384 DE 06 DE ABRIL DE 2020

Alterar a redação da Norma Regulamentadora nº 28 - Fiscalização e Penalidades. (Processo nº 19966.100270/2019-58).

O Secretário Especial de Previdência e Trabalho do Ministério da Economia, no uso das atribuições que lhe conferem os arts. 155 e 200 da Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho - CLT, aprovada pelo Decreto-Lei nº 5.452, de 1º de maio de 1943 e o inciso V do art. 71 do Anexo I do Decreto nº 9.745, de 08 de abril de 2019,

Resolve:

Art. 2 º Revogar os códigos de ementas do Anexo II da Norma Regulamentadora 30 - NR-30, constantes do Anexo II da NR nº 28 - Fiscalização e Penalidades, aprovada pela Portaria da Secretaria Especial de Previdência e Trabalho - SEPRT nº 1.067, de 23 de setembro de 2019.

Art. 3 º Esta portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
